Our die modeller will produce a badge sized replica of your logo with raised and recessed form and, if practical, can add an element of relief and multi dimension to the die. A lead impression of the die is produced and, on approval, the Die mould will then be hardened. The metal is then selected and die struck with the impression of the modelled logo. From this, a cutting mould is then produced - and the piece starts to take its shape.

After careful polishing, fitting, enamelling or sandblasting and then a high micron of pure plating to finish, the pin badge is ready to be presented.
